手動一體式漿液閥（整體式漿液閥、刀型閘閥）。一種整體式漿液閥，包括閥體、閥桿和閘板，閥體的內(nèi)壁嵌裝有Ｕ型的彈性中空式密封條，閘板的邊緣則和密封條接觸密封配合，閥體是整體成型結(jié)構(gòu)，且密封條的空腔中內(nèi)置有彈性鋼絲構(gòu)成支撐加強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)。本實(shí)用新型采用整體成型的閥體，強(qiáng)度高，不易損壞，生產(chǎn)迅速。在密封條的空腔中置放有彈性鋼絲，加強(qiáng)彈性，支撐可靠，裝配嵌入閥體內(nèi)壁中很方便，防止密封條變形泄漏，密封性能更好，充分保證了漿液閥的零泄漏，介質(zhì)雙向流動基本無流阻。
本閥門適用于糖漿、紙漿、泥漿、污水、煤漿等介質(zhì)管路上，作啟閉調(diào)節(jié)和節(jié)流使用，適用于水平安裝，亦可傾斜安裝。
1、采用對夾一體式結(jié)構(gòu)，體積小，重量輕；
2、完全敞開的通道，可以防止介質(zhì)在閥內(nèi)的沉積；
3、采用可更換式密封結(jié)構(gòu)，一改普通漿液閥與刀型閘閥維修難的問題。
